In the sessions, I guide you through a very relaxing process of scanning through your memories and then doing special breathing sequences to edit your memories.
As you breathe on each layer of memory, how the memory looks and feels changes, enhancing your brain power, so you can regain empowerment and take action.
Brain power is more than just intelligence, it is the energy your brain naturally has, to manage the information generating your reality.
This energy dictates how well and how long you can carry out tasks before burning out.
